My marketing process…helping you sell your home
using traditional marketing as well as leveraging technology, social media and listing syndication to increase exposure to more potential buyers
SINGLE PROPERTY WEB PAGE
With over 90% of home buyers using the internet to search for a new home, we offer you a targeted single property web page to increase your home’s visibility – dedicated entirely to selling your home. We also provide analytics so that we can quickly see page views and measure the effectiveness of our marketing programs. The web page is easily viewable on laptops, tablets and smartphones.
As soon as your listing is put on the MLS, our Keller Williams listing syndication system starts to work on sending your property information to over 300 real estate websites including Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia and many more for increased exposure.
Open houses provide opportunities to meet potential buyers, and get feedback on your home to help us with our sales strategy. We work with you to determine an Open House schedule. Hosting open houses while your house is on the market can be a key indicator of pricing and buyer interest.
Your house has a story to tell that goes beyond listing information, and we want to give other Realtors every possible advantage in selling your home. We gather the research we did during the market analysis to create an overview of your home along with neighborhood information that stays at your house. The book also contains your listing information and documents.
While a significant amount of our marketing strategy focuses on leveraging technology and social media, we believe that print materials are another important component of the process. The marketing of every home is unique and printed materials may vary, but can include property flyers, just listed/just sold postcards, and door knocking flyers.
Facebook has over 150 million users in the US alone. And while you may not be using Facebook or other social media platforms, your potential buyers probably are. Social media is an online conversation between real people. It’s not about the technology, it’s about the relationships. Our marketing strategy includes becoming part of your neighborhood’s online presence to share information about your house. We leverage several social media platforms to help market your home, which may include Google Plus, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
We use analytics on your single property web page and social media to help us measure engagement. All print materials will include a link back to your single property web page, and most social media posts will also provide this link to help in this process. You will receive a weekly recap with this data to help you see how potential buyers are responding to the marketing.
