Here We Grow Again – Seven Hills Too!

In 2003, Cousins Properties slowly began to develop in Paulding County. After successfully developing Bentwater, they purchased 1,830 acres with plans to develop over 2000 homes, making Seven Hills the largest subdivision in the Southeast. At the time there was no traffic light at the Cedarcrest Road/Dallas Acworth Highway intersection, limited grocery stores and Cobb Parkway was basically land! But there were several subdivisions being built in addition to Seven Hills, and there were new home signs everywhere. And here we grow again! Just take a ride around the Seven Hills/Cedarcrest Road/Dallas Acworth Highway area.

Subdivisions once empty are now being developed. Cobb County and Paulding County are HOT! Over 12 new home developments, including those being built in Seven Hills and NatureWalk at Seven Hills, are under construction just in the Cedarcrest to Cartersville Highway and Acworth/Dallas Highway area with prices starting in the high 100’s. New stores, restaurants, and businesses will join the new homes as our area grows again.  Take a look at the new home subdivisions in our area:

In addition to these new home subdivisions, there are several other new home communities being built in Dallas including:
