River Green

River Green Active Adult neighborhoods are part of this master planned community along the Etowah River in Cherokee County with several “neighborhoods” reminiscent of small town Americana. Each of the neighborhoods share greenspace and playgrounds in addition to the River Green community amenities providing an active lifestyle with swim, tennis, soccer field, basketball court, playground and sidewalks for walking. There are active adult neighborhoods within River Green are towards the front of the subdivision and are in two separate neighborhoods. In one neighborhood the homes are cluster homes that offer private courtyards which separate each of the homes, while the other are detached single family ranch homes with 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 car garages. In 2023, new active adult neighborhoods, Lakeside at River Green and Retreat at River Green, offer luxury single family homes as well as a clubhouse with lake access.

Residents can enjoy nearby shopping at Canton Marketplace, Riverstone Plaza, and the new outlet mall – The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta among the many options in the area. Along with the shopping, there are several nearby restaurants including those in nearby downtown Canton including Goin’ Coastal and Downtown Kitchen.
